Getting Started: What is Mozn?
Mozn is an Education Management System (EMS) that manages the education cycle and processes of all stakeholders, from student and teacher to the school’s doctor and the cafeteria worker.
Mozn’s problem statement is “How do we ensure the quality of education and control all educational processes?”, and to answer that we showcase the three pillars of Mozn:
More in-depth reports: You need to supervise the quality of education, and you will need to know more than just attendance reports or the number of students who attended or missed classes.
More efficient tests: How do we measure what a student “knows”? Does a correct answer to a question mean that they understand the information? How do we differentiate between those who answer from knowledge and those who guess or cheat?
Standardization of lessons: We need a mechanism to measure what each lesson offers; just because a teacher prepares for a lesson does not mean that it will achieve its objectives. This is where the role of Learning Objectives in Mozn comes in.
We strive to connect and standardize all educational processes to create meaningful insights, Mozn links every lesson strategy, teaching method, or learning aid to the Learning Objective (LO) that it teaches, then it links the same LO to the questions and assignments that the student gets, which allows us to provide valuable insights that a school cannot get manually, such as:
Which lesson strategy, teaching method or learning aid had the most academic impact for students?
Which teacher is the best at teaching this or that specific LO?
Since the LOs are linked to real-life skills in the workplace, we can track the student’s LOs performance and predict the best profession that suits their skill based on the LOs with real-life skills that he excelled in the most.
